I was honestly nervous because I’m not the most artistic but it was so fun and so easy! Comes with multiple brushes for different areas of different sizes, so easy to get started, paint is great quality, and provide a proof so you know what it will look like once painted! Could not love it more!
This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She was super excited to receive it. The best part of this purchase was the customer service. My questions were answered promptly. I approved the final product and I was able to track the shipping. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
Our grandgirls from MD came for the holiday weekend and were surprised when we gave them "belated" birthday gifts. Grandkids and I had an awesome quality time working on our paint, amazing how a together project brought so much laughter, even tho I left our paint accidentally to dry, it was fast replaced by sending an email to customer service to continue and finish our awesome project.
The picture I provided had a very subtle rainbow. The painting gives a very good impression of a rainbow without having any actual colors.

As stated, it has been 25 days and I still have NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I have checked tracking and it is sitting in some facility just waiting... I would not order from here again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Tracey, in reviewing your history, it does look like the original shipment was stuck in a sort facility for many weeks - most likely lost. However, I do see we resent you a new item at not cost and it is currently in your town so it should be delivered any day. Thanks for your patience.

Accidentally let some of my paints dry out. Contacted customer service and within minutes my email was answered and my order was placed for a replacement set. Shipping was faster than expected. 100% recommend.

I was a little skeptical of purchasing this for an anniversary gift, but i am so impressed! The details are spot on, the colors are perfect and the quality of paint is wonderful. I loved the ability to approve my rendering before finalizing my order as well. I think it would be awesome if you could purchase it as a fully structured canvas, but I don’t mind having to get it framed myself. I am very impressed and can’t wait to finish painting!
Because it is coming from overseas, it is extremely expensive to ship with the frame assembled. It can be done, and we will definitely consider offering it. Glad you liked it!
Kit has paints much darker than picture online but it match a small photo included to the kit. Expect you will get the same picture but with 30-40% darker in colors. I'm still working on it and hope I will like it when finished.
The colors will never match 100% an electronic image, but hoped you enjoyed the final painting.
The picture itself turned out pretty good. The top of my photo did get cut off slightly compared to the proof they had sent me earlier. The main thing I am frustrated with is that it did not come in a real canvas with a frame. This is just the fabric of a canvas and it is fairly thin so if you would like to hang it you’ll have to put your own frame around it somehow. For the price I anticipated it being a full canvas with the backing/ frame included. They literally gave me screws and brackets to hang it on the wall but it’s this thin piece of fabric so without the wood backing/ frame on the inside what am I screwing these brackets into?
Shipping a framed canvas from overseas is extremely expensive, but it is something we are considering. We will try to make it clearer that it is a do-it-yourself frame in the description.
